I first went to an International Abilympics in 2003, New Delhi, India.
I originally went as a companion and helper.

As my disability met the criteria I was invited to also compete in bicycle assembly in Seoul, Korea, 2011. I have also competed in Bordeaux France 2016 and Metz France 2023.

I have found Abilympics to be a great experience to show your skills, form life long friends, team bonding and see what challenges people from other countries overcome. I would recommend.
